Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)- We strongly believe that an integration of supply chains is a crucial element in improving efficiencies. The VMI plan revolves around evaluating your product usage, floor space, and delivery times to determine whether an inventory management plan will benefit your process. By allowing us to manage your inventory AND warehouse it for you, we guarantee an improvement in delivery and lead times, available floor space, alleviated cash flows, and an all around better buyer/seller relationship
Blanket Order Fulfillment (BOF)- By having multiple warehouse and distribution centers, we are able to guarantee same day blanket order and fulfillment for customers that are within a geographical radius of our warehouse locations. Through our experience within the industry, we have come to the conclusion that packaging necessities fluctuate greatly, many times leaving buyers with a deficit in their packaging supply. Therefore, we want to minimize these run-ins to the greatest capabilities. This service does require an established relationship and/or positive inventory stock.
